We measure and plan
The project manager measures the room, asks how you use it and what bothers you about it now, and writes the scope down. Plans, finishes and the schedule are settled on paper first.
Get a written price
You get the price in writing before any work starts, with demolition, materials, labor, the subcontractors and the permits on their own lines. If a refresh would do, its price sits beside the remodel.
We build it and walk it with you
We pull the permits with the city, book every inspection, put each change in a signed change order and walk the finished room with you before we call the job done.
