North Fulton
These are the remodeling service areas in North Fulton we cover: Roswell, Alpharetta and Johns Creek, plus the nearby parts of Milton, Sandy Springs and east Cobb. Every town gets the same project managers, the same free written estimate and the same price in writing before any work starts, whether you are a few streets from us or at the edge of our map.
Roswell
Roswell mixes older homes around the historic square and Canton Street with brick colonials and ranches in neighborhoods like Martin’s Landing and Horseshoe Bend. We open closed-in kitchens, replace original bathrooms, finish walk-out basements and update older houses from the plumbing up. Exterior changes in the historic district go through the city’s preservation review, and we prepare what it asks for. Read more on the Roswell page.
Alpharetta
Alpharetta is full of two-story homes around Windward, Haynes Bridge Road and Kimball Bridge Road with builder-grade kitchens, oversized primary tubs and bonus rooms over the garage. Many of our projects here are kitchen refreshes and remodels, primary bathrooms and bonus rooms turned into real bedrooms. Read more on the Alpharetta page.
Johns Creek
Johns Creek has larger homes on wooded lots along Medlock Bridge Road and near the river, and families who plan to stay for many years. Our work here leans to primary suite additions, finished basements with guest suites and kitchens opened to the family room, planned around the trees. Read more on the Johns Creek page.
Local permits and HOAs
Each of the three cities runs its own permit office and inspections, and most neighborhoods add an HOA with an architectural review committee. We check what your city and your neighborhood require before we quote, pull the permits ourselves, book every inspection and prepare what the committee asks for, so the paperwork is handled and the work passes.
Planning season
Spring and summer fill the calendar fastest, and planning a remodel takes longer than building it. Booking your estimate in the fall or winter gives time for the plans, the permits, the HOA approval and the orders, so the build can start when you want it to.
Not sure if we cover your street?
If your town is not listed, call or send the form anyway. We will tell you straight away whether we can take on your project, and if we cannot, we will say so rather than keep you waiting.
